Mr. DeGrado graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, J.D. and completed his under graduate degree at Fordham University in New York .

He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C. He is one of only 1,450 lawyers in the State of New Jersey certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, and has extensive experience in jury trials and all aspects of civil litigation.

Mr. DeGrado is a member of American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and Bergen County Bar Association.

He is also a member of Justice Morris Pashman American Inns of Court, as well as numerous professional organizations.

Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York, Mr. Halkovich has spent several years representing medical providers in claims for unpaid Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Benefits as well as being a pioneer in representing clients in actions against Major Medical insurance carriers in state and federal Court as well as arbitration proceedings.

Mr Halkovich is a pioneer in the field of major medical arbitrations and currently represents a wide variety of medical specialists in actions which seeking reimbursement of unpaid and/or underpaid major medical insurance claims. In addition, he represents medical providers in actions for unpaid and/or underpaid PIP benefits.

He is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association as well at the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Gordon has extensive experience in arbitrating Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits claims.

Mr. Gordon is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association, and has served on the special Chapter 13 Practice Committee of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.

He concentrates his practice in no-fault PIP arbitrations in the National Arbitration Forum, as well as state and federal courts and has extensive experience representing clients with regard to all aspects of medical claims reimbursement.
