Paul K. DeGrado

Paul K. DeGrado is the founding member of DeGrado Halkovich, LLC. He developed the practice into a multi-million dollar law firm concentrating in the fields of personal injury, products liability, no-fault arbitration, and major medical arbitration.

Mr. DeGrado graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, J.D. and completed his under graduate degree at Fordham University in New York.

He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, Florida and Washington, D.C. He is one of only 1,450 lawyers in the State of New Jersey certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, and has extensive experience in jury trials and all aspects of civil litigation. He is also one of less than 10 attorneys in the State of New Jersey who is certified as a Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Mr. DeGrado has been named 2010 Super Lawyer Rising Star, and 2012 New Jersey Super Lawyer. He is a member of American Association for Justice, American Bar Association and Bergen County Bar Association.

He is also a member of Justice Morris Pashman American Inns of Court, as well as numerous professional organizations.
