Jeffrey M. Halkovich

Jeffrey M. Halkovich graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and completed his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York, Mr. Halkovich has spent several years representing medical providers in claims for unpaid Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Benefits as well as being a pioneer in representing clients in actions against Major Medical insurance carriers in state and federal Court as well as arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Halkovich is a pioneer in the field of major medical arbitrations and currently represents a wide variety of medical specialists in actions which seeking reimbursement of unpaid and/or underpaid major medical insurance claims. In addition, he represents medical providers in actions for unpaid and/or underpaid PIP benefits.

He is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association as well at the American Association for Justice.
