Adamo Ferreira

Adamo graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and completed his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York, including the Federal District of New Jersey and the Federal Southern District of New York, Mr. Ferreira has spent several years representing criminal defendants at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Ferreira is "on the brief" in several appellate division decisions and recently was successfully granted a reversal by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Mr. Ferreira also successfully argued the cause for the appellant before the Appellate Division in a post-conviction relief appeal that resulted in the reversal of an eight year old conviction and release of defendant from incarceration after a trial and sentence to first degree exposure. In addition, Mr. Ferreira has dedicated over eight years to record removal law in New Jersey and has successfully petitioned the Superior Court of New Jersey hundreds of times on behalf of his clients seeking the removal of their records.

He is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Societá Frainese di Mutuo Soccorso, Clifton, Saint Stephen's Masonic Lodge, South Amboy, and the Rutgers University Alumni Club.
